Cultural norms impact values and expected behaviors across regions. This practical interactive Master Class Workshop offers professionals frameworks and applied tools for mapping and decoding cultural differences for more effective communication and collaboration with teams, customers, and partners across the globe.

 

This is a 3-hour applied-learning experience with worldwide participants in live zoom, providing visual cultural mapping data tools, real-life case study stories and engaging classroom discussions.

About the program trainer

Nirit Hazan headshot.jpg

Nirit Hazan (M.S., CPC) is a leadership development expert, executive coach, and lead a learning and development team at Stanford University

Early on in her career Nirit was a clinical social worker and therapist, an experience that equipped her with a deep understanding of human behaviors and interpersonal dynamics. Her Masters degree and thesis focused on organizational psychology and cross cultural research.

 

Later, Nirit joined the Stanford Graduate School of Education as a facilitator for the most popular elective "interpersonal Dynamics." In her work with a diverse workforce in tech, higher education and other industry sectors, Nirit draws from her rich career track, and brings a creative, heart-base and research backed approach to her clients.
